clients' time precious. The KMA search process is designed to ensure our
clients an efficient, on-target, highly productive experience on each
and every assignment. No short cuts taken. We strive for a "professional
to professional" relationship with our clients. We have found in our
many years in the search business, that to achieve such a relationship
is by results, not unfilled promises.
We tailor the approach below to each client's individual circumstances:
1.Take a detailed job description from the client representative.
2. Interview hiring manager for clarification of technical
priorities, personality, leadership, and advancement potential desired
in the "ideal" candidate.
3. Research to locate logical talent pool.
4. Check existing database for leads which includes networking within our nationwide network of clients and candidates.
5. Direct source to identify all potential matches.Qualify candidates
by initial telephone interviews against the necessary job essentials
and match against the candidate wants, needs, and desires.
6. Separate the potential finalists from those passively looking and not qualified.
7. Perform in depth interviews with potential finalist(s).
8. Reference check previous performance with former supervisors and colleagues.
9. Check and verify candidates' credentials & background upon client request.
10. Present candidates to the client with our evaluation of why this candidate was chosen.

13. Prepare client for interviews by providing full pre-interview
information and, upon request, results of references and

14. Ensure client is aware of candidate "hot buttons" to increase the chances of the client "landing" the candidate.
15. Debrief candidates after each interview, answering unanswered questions, etc.
